Put it in perspective
One questioned cost in a DCAA audit can cost more than a year of Timecoda.
Timekeeping is the first thing an auditor tests. Daily entry, employee certification, supervisor approval, and a reason for every change are built into how Timecoda works, so your records hold up when someone asks.

Questions
Pricing questions
- Who counts?
- Anyone who submits a timecard during the month. Approvers, accountants, and read-only viewers who never submit time are free. When someone leaves, archive them and they stop counting the next month.
- How does annual billing work?
- Choose how many people to cover and pay $150 each for the year, which is two months free compared with monthly billing. If more people than that submit time in a month, the extra people are billed at the monthly rate for that month. You can raise your annual count at any time.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes, anytime. Export timecards, hours, leave, and change history to CSV, and print signed timecards with their full history. It's your data.
- Where is our data, and how is it secured?
- Your data is stored in a data center in Ashburn, Virginia, with nightly backups kept separately in eastern North America. Timecoda is built and run by Innovative Data Solutions LLC, a US-owned company in Loudoun County, Virginia, and everyone who builds and operates it is a US citizen. Connections are encrypted, access is controlled by role, and every change to time records is logged. Send security questionnaires to support@timecoda.com.
- What does "DCAA compliant" mean here?
- DCAA doesn't certify software. It audits how your company keeps time. Timecoda supports what auditors look for: time entered daily, employee certification, supervisor approval, a reason for changes, and a complete history you can print. Your policies and practices still matter, and Timecoda makes the right way the easy way.
